Window seats.
I just put in my seating request for my flight to LA next week. I chose a window seat for the following reasons:
All resulting emotions can be directed towards the window/wall
I have somewhere to rest my head that isn’t the poor person sitting next to me, therefore reducing the possibility of dribbling on someone
I get to see Los Angeles from the air
I reduce the risk of having to sit...
For quite some time it was only me and my thoughts. Well, it seemed that way. People milled around me, sounds rose and fell and grew and were lost amongst other sounds, fleeting looks and smiles were exchanged and the inner workings of everyone else’s mind generated an electricity that created feelings of its own. My thoughts, however, were the only thing present as far as I was concerned....
